Learn how to make Pappardelle Cacio e Pepe

In this class you will learn how to make Pappardelle all'Uovo from scratch and after we will make Cacio e Pepe sauce. 

The class includes at arrival a glass of wine, we all enjoy antipasto table toghether and then the class starts. Every student will have the ingredients in front of them in a commercial kitchen setting. We will make the pasta from scratch. Eventually we will all eat the pasta toghether.
